Please note: The private drive is rugged and may require four-wheel drive during winter months. The house is also accessible via the main association drive, but there are about 45 steps up to the chalet. This home features spiral staircases connecting the main level to the basement and loft, which may pose challenges for guests with mobility concerns and could be unsafe for crawling toddlers. A pack-and-play rental is available for a small upcharge.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking..
