The condo has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a comfortable living room with a fireplace, full kitchen, dining area and an outdoor deck where you can relax after a day of exploring. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds, making the space a great fit for a couple, small family or two friends traveling together.

One of the best things about this location is that you can easily enjoy both downtown and the Lake Michigan shoreline. Take a walk through the neighborhood to Zoll Street Beach, head into downtown for coffee and shopping, or spend the afternoon exploring the harbor and waterfront. You’re also just a short drive from some of Northern Michigan’s favorite spots, including the Tunnel of Trees, Petoskey State Park and Petoskey.

This is a third floor condo with NO elevator.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
